The following grading tables determine the positions for possible promotion and relegation after the completion of the 2000 regional contest. In accordance with the rules, Bands affected by promotion or relegation (shown with a white background) will be contacted and have 1 month in which to submit an appeal. Bands who have not contested for 3 years (shown with a yellow background) will be removed.
